About Us
In the past five years, AICI-SP has completed three Standard Design New Embassy Compounds (SED NECs) in Riga, Latvia; Valletta, Malta; and Bucharest, Romania. In 2012 AICI-SP was awarded contracts for construction of Department of State facilities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Taipei, Taiwan.
Our Mission
AICI-SP provides versatility in the manner in which it delivers its projects to the client, including the design-build process and execution of the construction effort through self-performance or management of subcontractors. This versatility enables AICI-SP to provide its clients with quality facilities—on time and safely—at the best value for their investment.
Our History
AICI-SP was established in November 2005 by its parent company, American International Contractors, Inc. (AICI) for the express purpose of pursuing, competing for, and executing secure OBO construction projects.
The highly successful construction and completion by AICI of the US embassy complex in Jordan in the 1990s is the benchmark of AICI-SP performance.
Our Promise
AICI-SP is committed to its mission and highly motivated in its efforts to produce high quality work for its clients. AICI-SP always takes pride in its work and will build on past experiences to make all future projects a success.
